Welcome to zenpak.ee. By using our website and ordering our parcel delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • ZenPak provides parcel collection, delivery, packaging, and related services.
  • These services are available to individuals and businesses within Estonia and for deliveries to multiple countries in Europe.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Service Scope

  • ZenPak offers door-to-door parcel delivery through trusted courier partners.
  • Pickup is typically arranged for the next working day unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier performance.

3. Parcel Requirements

  • Maximum allowed parcel size: one side up to 70 cm; combined dimensions (L+W+H) up to 120 cm.
  • Prohibited items include: illegal substances, money, cigarettes/tobacco, dangerous goods, and unwrapped fragile items.
  • ZenPak reserves the right to refuse parcels that do not meet size, weight, or safety requirements.

4. Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that parcels are packed securely. If you are unsure how to package fragile or valuable items, we recommend using our optional packaging service.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • All parcels include standard insurance coverage up to €100.
  • Additional insurance is available during ordering for higher-value shipments.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are clearly displayed during the booking process and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are accepted via secure online payment methods before pickup is arranged.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your order prior to pickup. A full or partial refund may apply depending on service status.
  • After the parcel has been collected, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

ZenPak complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect and process personal data necessary to fulfill your orders and provide customer support. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

ZenPak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
