At ZenPak, you can send almost anything that fits within our parcel size limits. However, there are some items that cannot be shipped under any circumstances.

❌ Items Not Allowed for Shipping

• Illegal items or substances of any kind
• Cash or any form of currency
• Cigarettes or tobacco products in any form
• Narcotics or drugs (even prescription-based without documentation)
• Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

📦 Shipping Fragile Items

We strongly advise against shipping fragile items unless you are confident they are packed with extreme care. Poorly packaged items are more likely to be damaged during transit.

To ensure your delicate products are secure, we recommend using our professional packaging service. Our team will choose the right box size and use reliable protective materials to minimize risk.

🛡️ Insurance for Valuables

All parcels are covered by default up to €100. If you're sending high-value goods, we recommend adding extra insurance. Just in case something goes wrong, it's the best way to protect your shipment.
