All ZenPak shipments include standard coverage up to €100. For high-value parcels, you can add extra insurance for peace of mind.
While rare, parcels can occasionally get lost — we recommend keeping product invoices when available to support your claim.
Parcel Size Limits – Easy & Clear
We make parcel sizing simple — no need for complicated calculations. Just follow these straightforward rules:
- Maximum length on any one side: 70 cm
- Total of all sides (Length + Width + Height): max 120 cm
Here are a few examples of acceptable parcel sizes:
- 40 cm + 40 cm + 40 cm = 120 cm
- 20 cm + 50 cm + 50 cm = 120 cm
- Any combination that stays within these dimensions
